The DSHA All-Girls Experience | 10:15-10:45 a.m.
Hear from students, parents, and alumnae about how the all-girls environment impacts college-prep academics and more–from a sisterhood rooted in community, to increased confidence in the classroom and beyond. Students will also share their experiences with Campus Ministry, co-curriculars, athletics, fine arts, and more!
The Big Four Questions | 11-11:30 a.m.
We bet you have questions–that’s why you’re here at Open House, right? Almost all of our current families ask at least one of these questions (or more!) when considering DSHA for high school. You are not alone!
- How will my daughter make friends when you pull from over 130 middle schools?
- How do we apply for scholarships and financial aid, and will we qualify?
- What do college-prep academics even look like for a 14 year old?
- How will we get our daughter to school?
This session is for you and your very normal questions at this stage in your daughter’s education journey. We are here help meet the needs of each girl and her family—this session will help you understand how that works.
You will hear from:
- President Katie Konieczny, DSHA ’92
- Principal Dan Quesnell
- Director of Admissions & Financial Aid Ann Duffy, DSHA ’10
